Ovoid Storage Vessel

Description	A large earthenware ovoid vessel with ribbed body. This is a plain undecorated piece, attractive shape and made for the storage of liquids.
Condition	Very good condition, no sign of restoration or repairs. Some minor chipping to rim. An indentation to the body, seems to indicate that it was rested on a circular bowl or ring, prior to firing.
Date	circa 4th century BC
Dimensions	8 3/4 inches (22.3cm)height.
